Our mission is quite simple. To create user-friendly software of the highest quality. Software created for users, with our users. We also offer consulting and custom training services.

Data warehousing and custom reporting for the gaming industry

With a hands-on experience of the gaming industry, and more specifically table games, we can setup an environment that will allow you get a clearer picture of your gaming table revenues. This can be done through live, day to day, real time reporting, and/or with the help of a data warehouse. A data warehouse typically contains data that spans several quarters or fiscal years. Those reports can be presented in the form of listings, as well as color graphs. You may also need, from time to time, a very specific report on a certain type of game, or an area of your hotel, or a specific pit or cluster of tables, or even a single table. We can train members of your staff to become proficient at producing such reports. They can be printed or consulted onsite, or sent through a cell phone, smartphone, Pocket PC or Palm Pilot, Internet, WiFi within the hotel/casino, faxed at home, etc..

Custom built software and Delphi components

We can create software that directly addresses the needs of your users, by working closely with them. A thorough understanding of the way a tool will be used is the best way to create that tool. We will of course work closely with your IT staff, to minimize the impact of implementing a new software package and even improve the way your IT staff interacts with your users. For Delphi developers, we can create custom-built components, visual or non-visual.

Custom training

Two of our members have been training Delphi and SQL programmers at the C.R.I.M. for a few years, and we also offer custom training on the topic of your choice related to Delphi or SQL databases (which may include connecting to a database server like MSSQL or Oracle, component writing, COM/COM+, Windows API, etc.).
